Positive: We were upgraded to the beach view rooms. Basic hotel amenities, with fantastic view of the beach. This was our base for our Camino. Staff were very kind and welcoming and polite. The buffet breakfast was nice too. Thank you!

Negative: The breakfast b could be stocked better… just ask for fruit if it is gone.

Negative: I'm not judging, I'm offering an honest opinion to bring your hotel to level 10 status. 1) Offer a/c options. We had no air conditioning ( although the cool breeze from the beach was nice). 2) The restaurant was not open until Summer

Negative: Hardly any bars or restaurants open. We were there in the power cut, no information was given out to us. No one came round to our room to find out if we needed water or food. We didn't eat properly for 2 days. It seemed as if we even had to pay for a coffee, even though we were residents of the hotel and there was nothing nearby that was open. Also I am disabled and not able to walk far, where we could get a coffee. The hotel then kept the door of the dining room locked after that !! I thought this was quite disgusting to be honest. The hotel beds were very uncomfortable, and my Partner ended up with bruises on his hip bones from the springs of the bed.

Summary: Staff were mainly very nice, hotel very dated and need new beds.
